Welcome back after a busy holiday! We wish you all a very Happy New Year!

 

Our Topic this term Transport.  Hope you have received your planning sheet for this term, if not please do not hesitate to ask for one.  Spot the deliberate mistake, we have 6 weeks this term and finish on the 9 February, sorry for any confusion.

 

Trip

We have organised a trip to the Oxford Bus Museum on Wednesday January 31, meeting at Pre-school at 10am to arrive at the Museum for opening at 10.30am. There will not be normal Pre-school that morning.  If you wish to accompany your child you are welcome to, if you would like your child to go but cannot go yourself, please speak to me, as staff will be going and be able to have 2 children each.  Please fill in the slip at the bottom of this newsletter.

 

Building

The Grounds-men are starting to prepare the ground for the new building on the 22 January 2007, footings etc will start on the 29 January, the building itself will arrive late February.  Relying on British weather, completion and handover on 26 March.  Then this is where it gets hard for us, internal preparation to open September 2007.  If you know anyone who is a Plumber, carpenter or electrician please ask them if they would give up some time to help with fitting the interior.
